Adria Look

What can we guess from the name of this cocktail – Adria Look? As the name suggests, it’s refreshing as an Adriatic sea, with which it also shares color – something in between light blue and green. Sparkly and refreshing like a sea breeze, a bit sour on the taste with distinctive citrus feel, Adria Look is definitely the right fruity cocktail for the summer.

Recipe for Adria Look:

• 3/4 oz – gin
• 3/4 oz – blue curaçao
• 2 tsp – lemon juice
• sparkling wine (or Champagne) for topping up

Mix gin, blue curaçao and lemon juice together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into either champagne flute or champagne saucer and top up with sparkling wine.

Suggestion for garnish: perch a maraschino cherry on the rim of the glass.
